I had an amazing experience at Perfection Automotive! The customer service was outstanding, and the team was incredibly helpful and professional. Several people worked together to figure out the issue with my 2025 Lexus IS 350, and they managed to get it fixed in less than an hour! I really appreciate how quickly they worked and how much effort they put into helping me. It’s not easy to find a shop that genuinely cares about its customers and takes the time to get things done right. I highly recommend Perfection Automotive to anyone looking for excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and a team that goes above and beyond. I’ll definitely be coming back! 🚗👏

Overall good service and Brian was honest and helpful. But my car now smells heavily like cigarettes, so I can only assume that whoever was working on my car was smoking inside. Not a fan of that.

I originally found this shop when my car had an engine misfire and needed repairs. What started as a mechanical issue turned into finding a true one-stop shop. They not only fixed my car, but I also learned they handle full maintenance, paint work, PPF, and more. The quality of their work and professionalism have been outstanding, and since then I haven’t had to take my car anywhere else. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a shop they can trust.

Kamal helped me diagnose my rotors/tires on my 2016 BMW 5 series and found the issue within the first 15 minutes of me being at the shop. I was super disappointed when I kept hearing a knocking noise on my car but im really glad that kamal and his technicians were able to fix it and get in done with very little cost.

Wow! I can't help but express my astonishment at the exceptional service provided by Perfection Automotive - a true one-stop shop for all automotive needs. Their unparalleled quality, craftsmanship, and meticulous attention to detail truly set them apart. During my recent visit for an oil change and car detailing, I had the pleasure of spending time with the owners, who graciously walked me through their shop while my car was being serviced.I was fascinated by the various impressive projects I witnessed, ranging from installing body kits and performing detailing to applying ceramic coatings on customers' cars. Among them, a standout was the meticulously executed motor swap on a WRX, showcasing incredibly clean workmanship. I am absolutely thrilled with the personalized care they provided me.It's evident that the team at Perfection Automotive goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional results for each customer. Such dedication and hard work are truly rare to find in the automotive industry. I am confident that other customers would be equally impressed if they knew the level of commitment and expertise that goes into every service provided. Perfection Automotive is a gem that deserves all the recognition for their outstanding work. Would love to share some photos I took at the shop.

Knowledgeable - Thorough - KIND- Informative- took a vehicle to them for an inspection prior to making a purchase decision. Kamal, Brian, and Jama made me feel like my own dad was inspecting it to ensure I was not going to get screwed over, and that the vehicle was completely safe/ reliable. They combed through the vehicle, all hands on deck analyzing every centimeter to look for any issue. They identified problems with the vehicle that were hidden by car fax- they saw and exposed issues that the dealership attempted to conceal. They walked me through every component of the vehicle and educated me in a respectful way. They made me feel valued and actually taught me about things pertaining to that truck. The owners Kamal and Brian went to great lengths to ensure that this was going to be a good purchase for me, giving me advice about all positives and negatives. It’s obvious they are passionate about their business and not in it for profit. I Will be taking all my vehicles to them and recommending them to my friends for any needs from oil change, tinting, interior water protection, mechanical problems, cosmetic etc. they clearly have a capable crew and I saw the work they were doing with other vehicles. Awesome guys, awesome service, intelligent crew and a long list of services they can provide. Overall 11/10 great experience with the new management here at Perfection Automotive Inc.

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service provided by Perfection Automotive, and I couldn't be more impressed. When my car failed to start and subsequently shut off, I suspected a battery issue, despite having recently replaced it at a different store. I gave them the receipt for the battery that was exchanged for what I had a warranty on, and they got the new battery at no cost to me. After contacting numerous shops in the Falls Church area and facing no availability, I was fortunate to reach out to Perfection Automotive, which was a bit farther from my location. To my relief, they promptly arranged for my car to be towed to their facility. Upon diagnosis, they efficiently identified that the alternator was the culprit behind my car troubles, subsequently leading to the premature failure of the new battery I had installed. They effectively communicated the issue and recommended replacing both the battery and alternator, as well as the worn serpentine belt, which they noticed was in poor condition during their inspection. ❤️❤️👍👍🔥💯

I recently visited Perfection Automotive for a 100,000-mile check-up, and I must say that I am extremely pleased with the exceptional work they performed. Not only did they address all the necessary mechanical issues, but they also managed to bring my car back to life with their thorough detailing and ceramic coating services. They've proven themselves to be a top-notch establishment with an impressive knowledge of cars. One of the standout features of my experience there was their expertise in paint correction and ceramic coating. After their meticulous work, my car looks exceptionally clean and always maintains a stunning shine. In fact, I find it especially delightful on rainy days, as the hydrophobic effect from the ceramic product keeps my car protected and looking fresh. I have taken my vehicle to numerous shops in the past, but Perfection Automotive undoubtedly won my loyalty with the remarkable results they have achieved. What sets them apart from other establishments is their ability to offer a comprehensive range of services. They truly are a one-stop shop that excels in all aspects of automotive care. From mechanical repairs to detailing and paint correction, they possess the expertise and resources to handle it all. The transformation they achieved on my 2008 M3 was nothing short of remarkable. Thanks to their skilled craftsmanship, my car now resembles a 2023 model in terms of appearance.Furthermore, the staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They took the time to thoroughly explain the work that needed to be done and provided valuable insights into maintaining the longevity and performance of my vehicle. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout the entire process. In conclusion, I highly recommend Perfection Automotive to anyone seeking exceptional service and a remarkable transformation for their vehicle. The work they performed on my car, from the mechanical check-up to the detailing and paint correction, was carried out with the utmost precision and care. With their expertise, my car now looks better than ever before. They've definitely earned my trust and will be my go-to shop for all future automotive needs.
