From Torrey on GoogleI'm SO glad we found these guys. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and most important, they know what they're doing! David, Susan, Jason and team were incredibly helpful and understanding, and they fixed our issues without a problem. We finally found a trustworthy auto shop and will recommend them to everyone. Thank you, thank you, thank you!Very nice and honest.
From Hubcap on GoogleVery nice and honest. After finding out my car needed a very expensive repair, I ended up taking it to Perfection Automotive because they were able to simplify the repair and save me ~ $1600 from what the Toyota dealer and another shop were quoting!!
From ktgary on GoogleLove this Place! They saved me about $1000! A nearby shop (Goodyear) failed my car for play in the wheels and told me I had to get both front wheel bearings replaced. I took it to Perfection on a recommendation from a coworker, and they just tightened everything up (30 minutes labor) and got it re-inspected at shop across the street. Everything passed!
From Jim on GoogleFINALLY, a shop to trust Work done correctly the first time. Priced just as expected. Quick turn around. Clean and friendly. Perfection Automotive is just what everyone is looking for. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. Forget the high priced dealership or the rip-off Goodyear shops, try Perfection Automotive, you won't be sorry.
From Mary on GoogleA shop I trust After five years of having an Acura Dealer service my 2001 CL, I started going toPerfection Automotive. The difference is dramatic: 1. Perfection charges are considerably more reasonable. 2.Perfection does not "over recommend" work to be done as the dealer would do. 3. Perfection takes interest and action in remedying little things (such as a stuck dash light or CD) in informal ways, sometimes during a brief stop before work, even in the parking lot-usually gratis. 4. It is one of the few service companies I use where I feel I can fully trust their decisions, work, and integrity.
From Sean on GoogleThe last honest Mechanic place in my opinion I have been going to Perfection Automotive for the past 4 years after I found their name in the Washington Check Book. They were highly recommended and they didn't disappoint. If something it doesn't need to be replaced with your car, they tell you there is no need to replace it. There prices and estimates are by far the most reasonable prices I have ever seen.
From Cheryl on GoogleHighly Recommend Perfection Automotive A co-worker recommended perfection automative when my supertine belt and pully were broken the week before christmas. they fixed it quick at reasonable price. Then I went back for fixing oil leaking. They are one of the very few honest people in this business. Today I have just done my brake pads, rotor in their shop again it was serviced quickly. I Highly recommend them to everyone.
From Robin on GooglePerfect Service at Perfection Automotive I'd been running around on my factory equipped tires for a long time, they needed replacement. Perfection recommended a great set of tires that blow away the old ones. Cost was great, service was excellent. Also had my regular service done at the same time, the car was serviced quickly and for a reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone in the area!!!
From Allen on FacebookHonest, courteous, fair and knowledgeable. What else is there to say?
From Jill on FacebookDavid, you saved me today: THANK YOU as always for you OVER THE TOP service.
From Yesim on FacebookVery trustworthy and always reliable. I highly recommend Perfection Automotive to everyone. We feel lucky to have found this place.
As heard on Car TalkMy first experience with Perfection Auto was over thirty years ago when they were located in Herndon. I had a 1971 Superbug with a faulty steering system that the dealer couldn't fix without replacing the entire steering system which would cost about $1800. A neighbor, Claude Watkins, suggested that I take it to Jim Whitehurst and I did, expecting to pay something less than the dealer wanted. When I went to pick it up, Jim handed me a bill for less than twenty dollars saying all that was needed was a tightening of the nut on the end of the steering column and balancing the tires. Needless to say, I have been a loyal customer ever since.
We sincerely appreciate all the nice comments by YOU, our valued customers, and we will continue to work hard to earn your business!
